  phone order for a delivery. it arrives 1hr later missing the chilli sauce. call up and get told they put the sauce inside even tho i asked for it seperate in a tub and paid for that too. well guess what you never put the sauce in it cause a tasted it and nowt but tomato . so no only do they no listen when you order they tell you lies down the phone when you want what you paid for. a will assume the chippy of the year doesnt get judged in may as this is only time shop is ok. well you have defo lost a loyal customer now . still waiting on the sauce so calzone is now cold. amazing service

  Worst chippy around the food tastes bland and arrives cold as there time keeping is a joke when I had a delivery the food arrived over an hour later the way the business owners treat customers and there staff is outstanding I stood in there que and watched them argue with a customer about their food tasting off and they refuse to refund or accept what the customer had to say I have also seen the couple that own the business argue with each other and push staff around the most unprofessional place I have been in I tried the place three times And never again every experience was worse than the last. I simply can't understand why they have any awards
